Initial Assessment & First Acupuncture Treatment

Your initial appointment will last 1.5-2 hours. During this time, we will discuss your health history, personal history, and lifestyle. This gives me a chance to get to know you better on a level deeper than your symptoms. This is also a time to notice if there are any areas of your life where you would like to invite change.

Each session will provide an opportunity to discuss all aspects of your health. This can be physical pain or mental/emotional stressors you may be experiencing. 

After our discussion, you will receive a Classical Five Element Acupuncture treatment. I will be present in the room with you for the full duration of your treatment.

Follow up visits are 1 hour. These include a discussion of your current state, and how things are progressing.  After our discussion, you will receive a Classical Five Element Acupuncture treatment. I will be present in the room with you for the full duration of your treatment.
